A hand-rolled sushi kit that includes avocado, omelet, perilla, sprouts, paprika, sun-dried tomatoes, pickled vegetables, myoga, fried tofu and turmeric marinated eggplant, VEGE MEET minced meat, natto with soy sauce malt, and more.The vinegared rice uses delicious persimmon vinegar made only from Hariyo persimmons in Gifu.It is made with red and green vegetables as a base, along with nuts and fermented seasonings.
